It is imperative to receive these measurements back to us at least 14 days prior to your event
- We advise you to get these measurements done by a professional and try on coats for sizing.
- We can not be held responsible for measurements not performed in our store.
- We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections.
- Special shipping charges may apply for replacement garments
Customer, assumes responsibility for returning this tuxedo/suit and all rental accessories in good condition by the specific return date and time. For Saturday and Sunday weddings the return deadline is Monday by the end of day. A daily late return charge of $20.00 per day will be due upon return of any late returning merchandise. Furthermore, customer is responsible for up to 50% cancellation charge if the tuxedo/suit order is cancelled after it has been out into a “shipped status” from the warehouse. Customer further agrees to pay for any resulting damages or lost merchandise while in customer’s possession.
When taking measurements it is highly advise that you to get these measurements taken by a professional. We can not be held responsible for measurements not performed in our store. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections if need be to assure you look your best, but it is imperative that we receive the measurements that are accurate to assure you have the proper fit.
A non-refundable ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER (ADW) FEE will be added to all orders and is calculated as part of the cost originally shared with you. The ADW relieves the store and the end consumer from additional charges resulting from accidental damages while the garment is in the store’s and or end consumer’s possession. The ADW Fee does not cover malicious damages, lost or stolen garments, or any late return charges.
Once all your information is received and verified, your card will be charged and your confirmation will be emailed to you within 72 hours of your submission. Please note that the charge will be charged from Janene’s Bridal our parent company.
